Classy Luxurious® values exceptional customer service. If you are not delighted with your order, you are welcome to exchange within 7 days of the ship date. The merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed and unwaoned, in the original packaging, and not altered in any way.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, you are responsible for return shipping with the carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping your item(s) back with both insurance and a tracking number—that way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping and will notify promptly once your package has been received by our returns.
Items that are labeled as Limited Edition in the description, including free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and will begin processing 24-48 hours after being placed, excluding weekends, and will be shipped approximately 72 hours pending credit verification.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email promptly once your order has been shipped. Perhaps there you ordered an out-of-stock item(s), you will be notified further via email.
Exchanges will generally take 7 business days to complete upon receiving. Once an exchange has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days for completion of the exchange process.
Please fill out the exchanges form on the back of your order summary—place the completed form with your item(s) in the original Classy Luxurious packaging or in any well-padded envelope or box.
